Alabama Tourism was in the market for a touring experience that would promote the Alabama culinary scene at wine and food festivals across the Southeast. After visiting some of the best and brightest culinary stars in the state, agency partner Intermark Group produced some amazing 360 video footage and challenged Black Ops to bring it to life on the festival circuit.
We came up with The Sweet Home Alabama Virtual Restaurant, a mobile pod designed to provide festivalgoers with a full, multisensory restaurant experience. The 360 video was adapted for use in Meta Quest headsets, which allowed consumers to be immersed in the sights and sounds of each restaurant.
